Returns and Refunds
You can return your item(s) for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you ship from outside the EU, please note that the costs of any import taxes related to your shipment will be deducted from your refund.
Items returned must be in the original condition they were received. Items will be inspected upon return, and if we deem them in a different condition, your refund request will be denied and the item returned back to you.
Returns procedure
Returning an item to Revive is quick and easy, as we extremely care about your experience as a customer.
If you want to return one or more items, please contact us at customerservice@revivebags.com to request a return and indicate the reason for your return. A customer service representative will notify you as soon as the request has been accepted, providing you with a pre-paid shipping label. After that, your are required to proceed with the shipment of the item within 72 hours from the confirmation receipt, by dropping it off at a courier pick-up point. In case these terms are not respected, your return and refund request may be denied.
Please keep in mind that you can only initiate the return shipment from the country where you originally placed and received the order.
To track your return, simply utilize the provided tracking number mentioned in the confirmation email.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used only and may take up to 15 business days to process once an item has been received at our warehouse.
Payment by debit/credit card or payment gateways normally clear within 3-5 working days.
If you paid via bank transfer, please contact us at customerservice@revivebags.com and provide us with your bank account details: Beneficiary, IBAN number and SWIFT code. Please note that refunds via bank transfer normally clear within 5-7 working days.
